Client-centered approach

We commit to valuing each client's uniqueness. This is reflected in the way we adapt our programmes and approach to meet your preferences and needs. We truly believe that there is no 'one size fits all' when supporting your transformation. The development environment we create together as coach/hypnotherapist and client will be one that feels right for you, your cocoon.
Safe confidential space

Your cocoon is sacred and we commit to ensuring it is confidential, built on trust, in which you feel safe to express yourself without fear of judgment. Before we undertake any development activity with you, we will sign a relationship agreement. This outlines the coach and coachees' responsibilities and commitments to co-creating a safe, productive environment in which to transform.

Supervision & CPD

Supervision is a collaborative learning practice to continually build the capacity of coaches and hypnotherapists through reflective dialogue, and it is delivered by suitably qualified professional supervisors. This forms an important element of our continuous professional development (CPD) and we commit to engaging in a minimum of 1-hour supervision activity for every 10 hours of practice. We also engage in regular development activities to maintain up-to-date knowledge of current theories and models relating to our profession.

Keeping in touch

Time is precious to us all and we don't want you to wait around for us to get back to you. With this in mind, we commit to answering all calls and emails within 48 hours (excluding Bank Holidays).

Cancellation Policy

We ask clients to pay upfront online when booking a programme for two reasons. The first and most important is the psychological commitment you'll experience when you make a financial investment in your own personal development. Investing in yourself is a big step, and when you empower yourself to make your personal growth a priority, you'll find yourself motivated to make the most of your programme.
The second is the financial impact caused when a client cancels at short notice or fails to complete a programme. Our business model is based on sharing our expertise, energy, and time with our clients and it can be challenging to fill an available slot at short notice (which in turn leads to a loss of revenue).

To ensure you feel comfortable and fully committed to the investment you have made, we provide a standard 14-day cooling-off period in which you can request a full refund of your fees if you change your mind. We also apply a sliding scale on refunds if you decide to cancel or withdraw from your programme beyond the 14-days cooling off period (*this does not include one-off sessions, digital assets, or resources):

-
Cancelled/withdrawn between 15-30 days of booking = 50% refund
-
Cancelled/withdrawn between 31-40 days of booking = 25% refund
-
Cancellations made beyond 40 days of booking = 0% refund

Finally, any adhoc, or one-off sessions scheduled will not be refunded if cancellation or rescheduling is requested within less than 48 hours of your appointment

Our relationship with you is paramount to supporting your success and transformation, and with this in mind we make to the following commitments:
